But it is easy to change to a new better one!
For a while now Bloglines.com had one of the simplest interfaces. It made reading feeds easy and accessible.
When Google first created their Google Reader v1 I gave it a try and imported all my feeds from Bloglines.com. I used it for a couple of day but because I have over 70 feeds it was too slow and made it hard to keep track of everything. Plus I don't read every single feed. I scan over hundreds and read a few dozen that interest me. For that Google Reader v1 was not very good.
Now Google presents the all improved Google Reader v2.
And if you really cannot stand the new Google Reader v2 then you can always change it back to the old style under Settings->Preferences->Revert to Previous version
If you are a Firefox user you should go to Tools->Options->Feeds-> (select) Subscribe to the Feed using & (choose) Google Reader. From now on RSS feeds that you add will be added to your Google Reader v1/v2.
